Built for agencies that have to defend every line of the invoice.
Most link building fails quietly. The links go live, the report looks full, and six months later half the pages have been pruned, redirected or quietly stripped of their outbound references. We built this service around the opposite habit: place less, check more, and keep a record of every decision so nobody has to take our word for it.
You always do. Nothing is pitched to a site you have not seen and signed off. If you want to be involved in the drafting as well, that is fine too.
A profile audit on its own is worthwhile and plenty of people stop there. For placements, anything under a few months tends not to tell you much either way.
By placement, on the publisher, agreed before we start. There is no bulk discount for volume because volume is not what we are selling.
By default yes, and the report states the attribute for every placement. A natural profile contains a mix, so we do not treat a nofollow from a strong publisher as a failure.
Yes. Reports can go out unbranded or under your own, and we are used to being the party that never speaks to the end client.
Sometimes, and it depends entirely on the page. We will look at it and give you an honest read on whether publishers will take it.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We can guarantee where a link is placed, that it is live, and that we will keep checking it. What a search engine does with that is outside anybody's control.
Reports are written on the assumption that somebody sceptical will read them. Every placement carries the live URL, the anchor used, the target page, the publication date and a short note explaining why that publisher was on the list in the first place.
If a placement did not happen, the report says which one and why. Campaigns that only ever report successes are hiding the interesting part.
Nothing in the report is a score we invented. Where we quote a third-party metric we name the tool and the date it was pulled, because those numbers move and a figure without a date is decoration.
Alongside new placements, each report lists everything we re-checked from previous cycles and its current state. Links that disappeared appear in the report as clearly as links that went live.
Below is roughly where the current publisher base sits. It shifts every quarter as sites are added and, more often, quietly dropped.
The team is small on purpose. Every publisher relationship is held by a person rather than a database, and there is a hard limit on how many of those relationships one person can maintain honestly. That limit is what caps our capacity.
We have been doing this long enough to have made most of the available mistakes at our own expense. The process on this page is largely a list of things we now refuse to repeat.
Related work from the same team, with more detail on process and less on services:
There is no sales sequence at the end of this. You write, we reply, and if it is not a fit we will usually be able to point you somewhere better.
